Here we see the last Tsar of Russia, Nicholas II, making his own personal inspection of the 10 hp "Daimler-Loutzky" truck.
This picture appeared in the Viennese automotive newspaper Allgemeine Automobil-Zeitung in 1903. It shows engineer Boris Loutzky briefing the Tsar on the new vehicle, which was destined for use by the Russian High Command. Since Loutzky had contributed so many technical suggestions, it was decided that the vehicle should be named after him.
