Whatever the weather, you will scarcely be affected by outside temperatures in the Vito. The van features a standard-fitted heating system with five blower settings. The Vito crewbus has the option of a heater in the rear passenger compartment.

For greater temperature control and comfort, you can select either TEMPMATIC air conditioning or the THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control system. Depending on the equipment selected, integral air ducts in the roof and floor control the temperature of the entire passenger compartment. An additional heat exchanger with separate controls regulates the flow of warm air to the rear of the vehicle.

THERMOTRONIC features enhanced sensor technology with automatic temperature and airflow adjustment, a sun sensor and an automatic re-circulation switch, which closes the air intakes if the quality of the outside air deteriorates. You also have the option of ordering a separate air conditioning unit for the rear passenger area.
